Rorke’s Drift, 22–23 January 1879. A heritage T-shirt marking the defence of the mission station during the Anglo-Zulu War.

The defence became one of the best-known actions of the campaign. Eleven Victoria Crosses were awarded to defenders, but the action belongs within the wider fighting of 22 January 1879 and the British defeat at Isandlwana earlier that day.
