Last updated: 23 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of swgallus.co.uk and purchases from S&W Gallus. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including statutory consumer rights.
1. About us
The store is operated by SW GALLUS LIMITED, company number 16942603, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 1 Small Training Solutions (SW Gallus), Riverside Court, Avenue De Clichy, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8LW, United Kingdom.

2. Use of the website
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce protected material unlawfully, or infringe our or another person's intellectual-property rights.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours can vary between screens and physical products, and garment specifications, fabric composition, fit and weight can vary by product and fulfilment route. The information on each product page should be checked before ordering.
Historical and editorial material in Field Notes is provided for general information. We aim to use reliable sources and correct material when warranted, but it is not professional, legal, navigation or safety advice.
4. Orders and prices
Submitting an order does not oblige us to accept it. We may reject or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfilment to the destination is not legally or operationally possible. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount due.
Prices and availability can change, but changes do not affect an order already accepted except where required by law or agreed with you.
5. Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. They explain delivery arrangements, cancellation rights, returns and refunds. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the S&W Gallus name, original designs, photographs, written material and other original site content are owned by us or used under licence. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
7. Third-party services and links
The store uses third-party services, including payment, ecommerce, fulfilment, delivery and analytics providers. External links are provided for convenience or sourcing and do not make us responsible for third-party websites. Nothing in this section removes responsibility that the law places on us for performing our contract with you.
8. Availability and errors
We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may maintain, alter or discontinue website features. We will not use this clause to avoid obligations we owe you under an accepted order or under applicable consumer law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability arising from rights and remedies that consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Where the law allows liability to be limited, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses suffered by a person buying wholly or mainly as a consumer. This does not affect any remedy you are entitled to by law.
10. Personal information
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Severability and changes
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the terms in force when an order is accepted will normally govern that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and court rights provided by the law of your home jurisdiction which these terms do not remove.
