SW GALLUS SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: 23 August 2026

Many S&W Gallus products are produced to order through specialist fulfilment partners. Production location, carrier and delivery route can therefore vary by product and destination.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed during normal business days. Production and dispatch times vary by product. Where an estimated delivery window is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address supplied with the order after dispatch.

Shipping charges

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Charges can vary according to the product, destination, fulfilment location and selected delivery service. Fabric weight and other product specifications vary by item; the relevant product page is the source for garment-specific details.

Delivery estimates

Typical carrier transit times after dispatch may be approximately 2–5 business days within the UK, 5–10 business days within the European Union and 7–21 business days for many other international destinations. These are estimates only and can be affected by production time, carrier capacity, customs, local postal networks and events outside our reasonable control.

Risk during delivery

Where we arrange delivery to a consumer, the goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you, or a person you identify to receive them. The exception is where you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option; in that case, the legal rules on transfer of risk may apply when the goods are handed to that carrier.

International orders, customs and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges or local taxes depending on the destination and how the order is fulfilled. Where checkout states that taxes or duties are included, that information applies to the order. Otherwise, the recipient may be responsible for charges imposed by local authorities. We cannot undervalue goods or falsely declare commercial orders as gifts.

Customs inspections and clearance can cause delays outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. If a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was supplied or it was not collected after reasonable carrier attempts, we may charge the reasonable cost of re-delivery where permitted.

Lost, damaged or missing deliveries

If tracking indicates a problem, or an order has not arrived after the expected delivery period, contact us at info@swgallus.co.uk. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the goods have been lost or damaged before risk passes to you, provide the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
