Sainte-Mère-Église 1944 T-Shirt — D-Day Airborne Heritage

Sainte-Mère-Église became one of the defining places of the American airborne landings in Normandy on 6 June 1944.

Paratroopers of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions landed in and around the town during the opening hours of D-Day, and Sainte-Mère-Église became the first town liberated by American paratroopers. The church is its most recognisable landmark, so this design pairs the church illustration with the town name and coordinates. We chose that approach to represent the actual place and its airborne history rather than rely on generic D-Day imagery.
