The poppy — a simple symbol of remembrance.

The red poppy became closely associated with remembrance after the First World War, inspired by the flowers that grew across disturbed battlefields in Flanders and northern France. We chose a single bloom because the symbol does not need embellishment: one flower can carry ideas of loss, memory and respect on its own.

The hand-painted treatment keeps this T-shirt gentle and understated, suitable for remembrance periods or everyday wear when the wearer wants a quieter reference.
