Fallujah became one of the defining urban battlefields of the Iraq War, with major fighting in 2004 involving US and coalition forces and insurgents across a dense city landscape. We chose the map because it keeps the focus on the place itself — streets, districts and an urban environment that shaped the fighting — rather than turning the subject into an action poster.

The muted cartographic design is intended for military-history interest and remembrance; it does not imply that the wearer or Gallus served there.
