Facing difficult thoughts can be hard to explain, so this design gives the idea a visual form.

The profile, darker swirling shape and reaching hand represent internal struggle alongside the possibility of support. We chose the image as a PTSD awareness graphic that acknowledges experiences people may carry privately, while avoiding the idea that recovery can be reduced to a slogan. It is intended to start a thoughtful conversation, not make a medical or therapeutic claim.
