The Sea Harrier became one of the defining aircraft of the 1982 Falklands conflict.

Fleet Air Arm Sea Harriers operated from the carriers HMS Hermes and HMS Invincible during Operation Corporate, providing air defence and carrying out combat missions over the South Atlantic. This design uses a weathered aircraft graphic to represent the naval aviation story of 1982 without inventing a particular pilot, sortie or personal experience.
