Operation TELIC — southern Iraq.

Operation TELIC was the British name for military operations in Iraq from 2003 onward, with British forces concentrated particularly around Basra and the southern provinces. We chose this design because campaigns are remembered through places, routines and long periods of ordinary work as much as through headline battles.

The grainy, high-contrast artwork is intentionally restrained and does not imply that every wearer served on the operation.
